This editorial summarises the recent troubled situation at the government archive and record keeping agency. It explains why the Digital Continuity Action plan has been delayed. It also talks about the unexpected resignation of Chief Archivist Greg Goulding. The author considers how the Archives and Records Association of New Zealand (ARANZ) should respond to the situation.
